Type

To enter the Type keyword in the command line, use one of the options:

• Type Type
• Type the shortcut** Ty**

Description

The Type keyword is used to address children of an object. 

Syntax

[Function] [Object] [Number/“Name”] Type “Name of Type”

Example

• To store cue part 1 in a newly created sequence without specifying the cue number, type:

	User name[Fixture]>Store Part 1 Type “Part”

	Hint:
	To circumvent the pop-up “Select type of object”, press an executor immediately after typing this command.
